“Find a job you enjoy doing and you will never have to work a day in your life.” – Mark Twain. This is an accurate description of my life as a welder. Conveniently based out of Huntington NY, I service all of Long Island from the Cross Island Parkway to Montauk Point as an on-site welding repair specialist. My business is 100% mobile and the combination of knowledge + precision mobile equipment allows me to effectively weld most metals anywhere in the field.

Although I specialize in mobile on-site repairs, my regular duties often fluctuate by having to perform light on-site fabrications, welding new parts into position, assessing/repairing faulty metal parts for out of state companies under warranty claims and on-site production welding for companies that do not have a certified welder on staff. I like this because it keeps things interesting and helps out those in need of an honest, dedicated and reliable welder.

Despite the fact everyone knows me as “Jimmy the Welder”, I think of myself as a business, home & boat owner; just like most of the customers I serve. As a discriminating customer myself, I make every effort to deliver the same level of service to others as I myself demand. That said, I absolutely understand how critically important it may be to have a crack or broken part repaired and that’s why (by example) I treat a customer in need of an outdoor patio furniture repair with the same level of professionalism as I do any governmental agency or large food chain.

With a business model that starts with every call being returned - to customers seeing that I handle their repair, modification or light fabrication needs as if I were doing it for myself, I’m proud of the fact that most of my work comes thru referrals.
